Replacing rear bumper cover

You should compare the mounting holes between the original and the replacement bumper covers. I think that the SFE cover might be different than the non SFE in the provisions that were made to mount those air deflectors. I’m guessing. Ford did a few “tricks” to get the Fiesta an EPA 40 MPG rating. The SFE package being the most intensive one.

I no longer have the bumper cover that was destroyed when I was hit. I have no idea what SFE is. I figured out how they go on. But not sure if I am missing hardware.

You can see if you have something different by going to an online ford parts website and inputting your vin number to bring up an exploded diagram of the rear bumper assembly and then see what looks different from the bumper you have. If you repaint the bumper facia, most people won’t be able to see any difference from the original one.
