My ONLY problem that I am facing is this problem

This is my problem I can't get to the plastic container bolt that faces away from me I have looked this up on youtube and have seen everyone doing this project take the plastic container out which reveals the top strut bolts so how do I do this lol.

You'll have to remove the cowl to get to it. This guy is doing something else, but he shows how it comes off around 2:20.
Clean it all up under there while you're at it.

Did this 1 remove the cowl because it doesn't look like he did at all lol.

I wasn't able to get it back on tight until I removed the cowl. I guess I just don't understand your problem. My brake res came off easily. To get the strut bolts tight you have to be right on top of them.
