- 2014 Ford Fiesta
Hi everyone so I hope I’m able to get this figured out if someone can shine some mechanical knowledge on this issue, I just got a 2014 Ford Fiesta SE Sedan it’s the non-turbo 5-speed Manual it’s only issue is it only cranks but doesn’t start. So far I’ve only gotten a new battery for it and I’ve checked the fuel pump fuse and relay and they’re fine I can also hear the fuel pump buzz when I turn the ignition and I tried to spay some Starting fluid as we cranked the engine and it still only cranks which makes me believe it’s not a fuel related issue, I’m thinking it’s not getting spark as I brought out a coil and put a spark plug on it and as we cranked it I didn’t see the spark plug spark, I’m not positively sure that it’s actually getting no spark *im just going off of the spark plug not sparking as it was being cranked* and if it weren’t what can cause it to get no spark? I’ve checked fuses and relays and they all seem fine, anyone have any suggestions?
