Well hi there peeps!! is been a hot minute since i been around but today my Fiesta remind me of why i joined this forum in the 1st place 😆.. i don't know much about hydraulics other than how they work, but it seems this clutch pedal had it, is there anything i need to know before replacing it..? Or is there a particular procedure to be fallowed ,this is still my Daily so once i tear into it ,it needs to be done sooner than later, even tho I have spare vehicles, nothing is a cheap on gas as this one..
Thanks in Advance
And Have a good weekend yall!!

Remember when you open this can of worms, the clutch uses the line from the master cylinder.

There are threads here - but not all have part numbers for them. So work with whats shown - but hope they can help you work thru this maze.

There's posts in this thread...

This ones got a part number, it's close to what you have but not sure if it fits...

Actually what i did after watching what ever videos i could find.

Took intake and battery out with tray ,clean every with degreaser ,break clean and water on Saturday.

Clutch pedal assembly arrived yester ,and it was pretty straightforward process ,the hardest part being 6 2" was taking the pedal out ,had go across from passenger side belly down to slightly twist and came right off.

Same with installation had to basically contour myself on my back side ways ,half out the door other twisted .

The bleeding process was a breeze with manual vaccum pump. Just had to nake sure you pretty much rotate the bleeder screw 180 degrees or nothing with flow.

Thanks you anyway!

I may add i went ahead and replaced the whole unit simply because of the age and those plastic parts get brittle and break easily, so for 114 bucks original Ford equipment ,couldn't go wrong.

Did the Starter Switch line up OK, or did it come with a new one?

Thanks for these pics, makes for a good archive of the event - including the ingenious ideas of the photography showing removing all the stuff in the way making it easier to reach and simpler to remove without hassles. Sure it's piece-work but it does save time and helps in finding and fixing other trouble-spots before they leave you stranded.
