why was my account deleted??

no explanation. went to log in one day and my account is gone? WHY? my audio build post is gone.anything i posted is gone.

it was a build log on a 2018 fiesta se. i had it in the audio section. i sent a message on the contact us but no one ever replied.

i dont know what username i used. it could have been the same as now or it could have been trocks69.

i did post a wtb add and started getting response but straight to my email that were scams. that could have been from facebook.

its gone, my old acct is gone and the two or three post i did with it is gone.
it was a very detailed post on my daughters fiesta SQ sound system i am building for her.
1 day i tried to log in and the site says am banned all day. the next day its fine and i can log in.
3 days later my acct is gone. the post i did are gone. .

handy-andy made several comments on the post on the build log i did.

it was not with this acct. it was with the acct that i no longer have access to and does not exist.

Just trying to understand whats going on here. Was your old account the same username as silverback69 or was it another username? I know we had some server issues earlier this month which corrupted our database. However there were never any logs of anyone deleting your posts or account. Like I said I'm trying to investigate this issue.

Same thing happened to me. I made on new member post last month, it posted and showed on the forum. Then I bought my fiesta and have been working on it. I came here to post and it like I never existed the post is gone, my account is gone- even attempted to use forgotten password and it says my email had no account.
