what is the brown pipe like thing at the top right of the photo ?

its from underneath the rear of fiesta s line 2020 near the exhaust

no clue what it
Is or if its something thats broken off ?

That's the hanger. Should be a rubber mount going to a similar bit attached to the chassis.
