Vibration/Rattling during acceleration on drivers side

It sounds like a “tin-like” vibration during acceleration that seems to show up more in the mid-day heat, potentially?

Could gas quality (ethanol content, etc) have anything to do with it with this engine (lower quality fuel causing more vibration)?
