I recently bought a 2015 Fiesta ST. 1.6 L, non turbo, 5 speed transmission ,to pull behind our RV, all 4 wheels down,
I've been systematically checking systems and getting familiar with it. Oil and filter change, new tires, brake inspection, etc.
I have not been able a locate a dipstick or any other way to check the fluid level of the transmission.
I took it to a local garage near me and they told me there is no factory installed drain plug or a way to add fluid or refill the transmission.
I could use some help
Thanks, JR

Because it's a manual gearbox, there is no dipstick. You have to crawl under it, and take off the fill plug from the side of the gearbox and stick your finger in to feel the level or just fill until it piddles out and replace the plug. Like this...

Your initial question was answered above.....no dipstick for a manual gearbox. Gotta use your finger as a dipstick.

I did a thread in the maintenance and troubleshoot section on removing the plug. There is a picture of the plug and the retainer pin/clip. I need to post up the last three or so images. I have had too many distractions in addition to a bitchy image gallery tranfer app that takes a loooooooong time to move files.

Images of the fill plug and it's retainer pin. Remove the plug carefully! It's plastic and very easy to break the ear off.

I thought he meant "ST Line." Very popular in Europe, where people still like small cars with manuals.

You hit the nail on the head! But,I will put a finer point on that. In Europe, they have smaller cars because the costs of ownership and in many cases, the urban congestion and tax structure forced the buyer to choose from a small car or a motorcycle, scooter or bicycle.
The government basically forced the market. Then the automakers had to compete to create very good small cars! In America, we got the Gremlin and the Vega.
I really like the Fiesta. The styling and proportions grabbed me. I dont need the more utilitarian compact hatchback, like the Honda Fit.
I think that the Fiesta ST is the perfect counterpoint to my Mustang. I have the basic Fiesta because it's very economical and has the same charm as the ST, minus the turbocharged
fangs.
I am not alone in feeling that way. People who really like their car tend to keep it clean. I see that with Mini Cooper , Mazda Miata, Fiat 500 Abarth AND Fiesta owners. Just my own observation.

Yup. I've always loved little cars that are fun to drive. I just got a new mountune 93 octane tune on the ST, and I'm very impressed. 236 hp and 282 tq? Yes, please!
