I have a 2015 Fiesta with a parasitic battery drain issue. I've narrowed it down to two circuits, F23-RH Ext Light and F28-Directional Indicator fuses in the Battery Junction Box. Both circuits are drawing approximately 2 ma based on voltage drop reading across the fuse of 0.01 VDC converted to 2.0284 mAmps according to Fuse Voltage Drop Table for Mini Fuses. This is also verified with amp test on the battery (hooking up multimeter in series with negative battery cable). According to the wiring diagram both fuses go the the BCM. F23 goes to the Gray connector and F28 goes to the Blue connector of the BCM. I can't find a wire diagram of the BCM. If I isolate either circuit, separately or together, by disconnecting the cable connector to the RH Head Lt Assembly or the Turn Signal Assembly on the steering column the fuses still draw amps. I was able to find a same model BCM online, but made no difference when I swapped it out.

So at this time I am out of ideas on how to proceed. Any help is much appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

Update - I was able to find the problem. There were two modules that were drawing approximately 0.12 mA ea. The ambient light module under the arm rest and the climate control module. According to the wiring diagram neither of these modules are powered by the fuses F23 or F28. I was only able to determined the problem when I noticed that the center console lights, the dash board light, the climate control lights, and the steering wheel light came on when I place either of the fuse back in leading me to believe that the fuses going into the BCM routes power to the interior lighting circuits. I started disconnecting modules until I found the offending modules.

Nice! (I mean your work in tracking this down)

Was it caused by an installed-after purchase option not wired in right?

Found this wiring layout for BCM - not sure if all of it still applies to your year...

These wiring diagrams show the pinout of the various BCM connectors - this pinout diagram shows BY CONNECTOR ID specific to this schematic and is mixed in with all those other connectors - B U T they are grouped together by connection and show their function - color codes may vary...

Thanks, I have a similar diagram (https://lemon-manuals.org.ua/Ford/2015). One of the problems that I ran into is that different system wiring diagrams showed conflicting fuse numbers providing input into the same labeled BCM input. But like I stated before I was able to figure it out when I noticed the interior lighting coming on when reinserting the fuse.
