2018 Sync 3 Sat Nav not live?

I read in another forum that Maps is supposed to have a function to give you live directions taking into account any traffic jams etc. My 2018 1.0 Ecoboost doesnt appear to have any such functionality, just a basic map. I have updated the Sync 3 and the maps to the latest, but I assume that its the later models that have this functionality?
