Is there any way to bypass the immobilizer that tells me that I need to have the key in the ignition to start the vehicle? I already have my ignition wired up pretty weirdly anyway where the ignition switch is outside of the steering column because I had a key problem before now I have no key at all and I only had one key to begin with..... I just really need to start my car I know I need to get a new key made and have my ignition barrel all put back together but is there a way to bypass the immobilizer because I really need to drive and I don't have the money to get a key yet

You really must “sort out “ your wiring issues. The “passive “ part of “passive anti theft”doesn’t mean easy to defeat or trick into any kind of bypass mode. These manufacturer designed anti theft devices are really well engineered. They do not have a defined bypass mode. You can replace various wire harnesses and connectors with used ones if you make sure the parts car is identically equipped and within the same build time frame as your car. That would resolve the wiring issues in most situations. If you are having problems with control modules for door locks and the passive anti theft, you may need to replace the defective parts with new ones that have been VIN encoded or overwritten by a dealership tech in a Ford service department.
