Is there a way to fix this? Will not stay closed and doesn’t have any resistance when I try to close

The winder spring may have broken the winder is a long spring with two hooks - one on each end that place tension on the roller. The spring takes up tension to open - then the tension is reduced (not completely) as the roller unwinds to the stiffness of the tension the spring had when you closed in shut and it cupped together in a fitting.

You'll have to gently remove the lens covers to obtain access to remove two torx screws that hold this to the upper liner and bolts to the front truss just under that windshield glass. This lets the plastic housing rest on the felt so you can then pry off this entire assembly from the felt.

You will have to pry gently the plastic solid from the felt - in a downward fashion using a broad tool like a putty knife or some other broad-face surface tool to pull out the holder from the felt. once one side is released - it can then pretty much pull out in the direction of the side - you'll see the connector to the lighting in that console - that is pinched to remove and lets you have the whole thing - the roller piece is a PITA to get right but you'll see how it works once it's down.

You can get a replacement - but it's easier and cheaper to mess with the one you got since the spring is the only thing that went wrong. You can try magnetic but good luck with that for working in all conditions.
