I replaced the high beam on the left side but nothing (low and high beam do not turn on). Is it maybe a fuse?

Pull that headlight connector, then reseat it - see if the condition was you just didn't seat it properly.

IF the Turn signal and side marker doesn't work - it's definitely the connector.
