I have a 2022 eco boost 1.0 hybrid and have noticed what sounds like a rattle or a clicking noise when I put revs on ever do slightly.
It only needs to go to 1200 revs and there’s a clicking noise,Ford put a new tensioner arm on but it’s still doing it and it sounds like it’s coming from that area.
When so put my ac on it stops.
You can only hear it when you gently load regs and it ticks over and runs fine.
