Backup camera not available ?

Hi I have a 2019 fiesta and I often get a message on the screen that the backup or rear view camera is not available. It doesnt happen every time.

Is there a recall? Is there a way to fix

It should be under warranty. Have the dealer check it out. Might need an update or something.
