2012 Fiesta fuel trim issue

My daughter has a 2012 Fiesta SE 1.6 engine. The fuel trims are way off. At idle long term is over 20 and short term is as low as -6.25. At 2500 rpm they seem to smooth out. I have checked everything...monitored the oxygen sensors, monitored the MAF, checked for vacuum leaks with a smoke machine 4 or 5 times. Its annoying and would love to figure this out. It has a slight rough idle and hesitation when first giving it throttle. Spark plugs and wires are new with OEM Motorcraft.

Does anyone have any insight on this? Thanks
