Hello so this happens as I am driving around 50 mpg or faster ?

When I put my power windows down the wind will get much, much louder and that makes me think something is wrong with my rear struts so I got to them and tried moving them they are not loose and these are supposed to be brand new struts I am not getting any fishtailing either or just yet so why does it feel like the wind in the rear windows gets much, much much louder and when I have the power windows up it sounds perfectly normal ? Also I mentioned a while back that I do know my front shocks are beginning to fail and I both saw and heard something underneath my hood banging so could this also be a sign my front shocks are failing ? So yes 2 questions here thank you and I just got these rear struts replaced literally 2 months ago.
