Your Fiesta is new enough that it may not have a service replacement gasket available for the rocker cover. Ford engineering has been designing oil pans and rocker covers with “molded in gaskets” because they determined that the integrated seal had fewer leakage failures than the original separate gasket design. The average consumer later finds that the only way to repair the leak is to purchase a new rocker cover assembly from the dealership parts man.
I know that you might want to get a couple tubes of RTV silicone and recreate that seal after careful removal of the old seal. But I would not recommend doing that. The original seal was done very precisely with an automated process that gave it a very consistent seal thickness to compress onto the cylinder head surfaces. This is what I have seen and I think a new rocker cover is the best way to get a good fix.
