Funny, I told the guy the AMX made my day. I was 8 when I saw Mark Donahue drive a Trans Am Javelin on the MIS road course. Took me right back. He was old enough to appreciate that. He inherited it from his father-in-law, as it sat. He has done nothing to it. It even smelled old. Met some really nice folks, and plan to go back next month. It was bit weird, the most stand-offish were the 6 or 7 FiST owners.

Man, Trans Am racing was the shiznit when I was a kid. All my favorite cars racing around. My first car was a '73 Javelin. Total rusted out death trap, with downright scary handling, but I somehow lived.
