Changing a standard headunit to the Sony one?

Hello guys,
Currently I have a 2016 Fiesta with the standard 6 buttons on the dash without Bluetooth or anything. I found a crashed car with the Sony headunit and a display, so I'm wondering if it's just a plug and play solution to swap it or is it not worth the effort?

This is the headunit in my car currently.

I'm planning on installing this one.
