Aftermarket Android unit for Ford Fiesta MK6 – Will I lose factory features?

I’m looking to buy an aftermarket multimedia unit for my Ford Fiesta MK6 2016 1.25 82hp and replace the factory radio with something more modern (Android, bigger screen, navigation, etc). I’m not very knowledgeable about cars, so I’m pretty much a beginner with this.
However, I’ve read that after installing these Android units, some factory features stop working, like hill assist, tire pressure warning, TPMS reset, and access to vehicle settings. That got me a bit worried.
If anyone has installed something similar in their Fiesta, I’d really appreciate hearing your experience — what worked, what didn’t, and if there’s any way to keep all the original functions.
