Radio won’t power on, only thing that it will do is the lights on the side blink rapidly anyone know what the issue is. Checked the fuse and it’s good

IT means the radio - the blank box, the "Head unit" for audio - behind those buttons on the console panel - is not communicating.

Lighting sequence - then the radio is supposed to establish connection via a communication cable - but it fails, so the APIM (Sync) powers it back off and so nothing.

So, it means the Audio amp head unit needs to be serviced - or just replaced. Similar year, else the WHOLE APIM/Audio unit to get radio back if you can't find a head unit that works for that Date Code printed on the Head Unit once you get it out of there to inspect it.
