I tried to change my interior light to an LED today and there was a spark. It now doesn’t work, even with the old bulb. I can’t find the fuse for it. Someone please help
The car is a 2007 fiesta style
Might have blown a wire in the harness. Let's hope not...
Many of the interior lights are run thru an interior fuse box by and behind the Glove-box - so grab your owners manual and locate your Fuses section and track down that section to see if you can find the interior lighting fuses - fuse so you can change it and and hope it did not blow a wire in the harnesses open - requiring replacement of the wire.
It can also affect HORN operation so if the HORN doesn't work - there is a 20A fuse in the main engine compartment that feeds the Body Control Module and HORN so check that one too...
