Radio had high pitch noise when on or off. Replaced ACM no luck. Fuse good. Any suggestions.

Usually, it's from an alternator whine, but if the noise is "all the time" (even with engine off) then that APIM (the screen that shows your stations and status using SYNC) when it's on - that screen is making that noise - the audio module is simply a receiver - and it's picking it up.
