Yes, it is resolved. I was looking at the fuses laying on the floor mat, so it was like looking at them upside down. I initially checked the wrong fuse. After several hours of checking everything else I could think of, I finally went back to the fuse and removed the glove box lid so I could get a good look at the fuses and found the problem was just the fuse. It was dumb on my part so I tried to delete the thread. Thanks for following up.
